ShellSolver Buckling

ShellSolver ignores
Stability Analysis = True
It does not report any error or warning. The eigenvalues it returns are vibration modes not buckling modes.
This could cause confusion to the user.

Hi Kevin

I guess it would not be a too big a task to add them here as well. Unfortunately they have not been implemented yet.

I added Fatals so this won't be pursued in vain. Sorry for this.
