Hello,
I'm a new user in Elmer, I would know if it's possible to apply a boundary force in some tetraheds of a face and not the whole face.
Moreover I can't remesh my Gmsh file in Elmer. Do you know why ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Select a part of the face for boundary condition
1) You should rather divide the face for which you want to apply the BCs in advance in Gmsh. If the boundary may be separated by an angle you can use the "Divide surface" operation in ElmerGUI.
2) This is the intended operation. An existing mesh is not an possible starting point for the built-in mesh generators.

Thank you Peter.
How can I have only one body by dividing the face ? Should I use the physical groups in Gmsh ?
