Mesh stiffening

In tutorial: Fluid flow around an elastic beam:

While using the above strategy for stiffening the mesh in regions near the beam tip works effectively in older versions of Elmer (like SVN4214) for both Steady-state and Transient problems, it only works for Steady-state problems (not Transient problems) in the latest version of Elmer (SVN4931).
I tried some different test cases and they also confirmed this matter.

Hi,

could you post an example that would show the difference, as running tests/fsi_beam
transient i don't see much difference in results in rev. 4214 vs current head (5044).
