Re: Linear Elasticity: Normal Force depending on displacement?
Hi, I just committed a new version of ElasticSolve.src which should enable the use of all classic element types. I think the nonlinear elasticity is the only way to go if the change in the orientation of the surface force vector has to be taken into account. Best regards, Mika Hi Mika, Is it possib...

v2f turbulent model
Did anyone do a validation for the v2f turbulent model in Elmer? i found there might be a problem in the wall boundary condition in the test case of Step_v2f. Is there a default setting for Noslip Wall BC for v2f model? Boundary Condition 3 Target Boundaries(4) = 4 5 6 7 Noslip Wall BC = Logical Tru...

Re: Fluidic Force Output
The solution is as follows, please note it's important to set this solver at the lowest priority and it will output the cd and cl with time. FluidForce 4 is relate to your BC number. Solver 1 Equation = SaveScalars Variable 2 = FluidForce 4 Filename = FluidicForces.dat Variable 1 = Time Procedure = ...

Fluidic Force Output
Does anyone know how to output the Fluidic Force in a file? like .dat
I can see the calculated forces in the solver output, but not in any output file, like *.ep or *.vtu, I tried to set the SaveScalar to save it, but failed, please let me know if you can help on this. thanks!
