Not able to get the results of the tutorial

Hello to everyone,

I've testing Elmer since half a year and have several problems, as I did not get the results as expected in the tutorial:
Generally I am talking about ElmerGUI-Problems.

Problem: tutorial 2
I made such inputs:

case.sif

Case.sif of myTutorial2

But I do not get the expected results, as described in the tutorial.
Well, it does calculations but the results shown in the PostProcessor looks wrong.

For Information:
I'm using Windows formerly Vista, now Win7.
The "nompi" version is used, which is installed on 2010-10-15.
The version was freshly loaded from sourceforge as binary.
I think it is good enough.

Are there any problems with the tutorial?
Will there be a second or updated one?

Hi

I took you sif file and run it with the correct mesh file. The displacement were too large and the reason was that you had defined

Force 2 = -4.0e10

which is 1e5 times larger than stated in the tutorial.
