PPA for ubuntu 22.04

Hi Kevin,

Thanx for testing! I only checked the launchpad build results. I did eliminate some optional stuff to get the compilation to work. But it is easier to add stuff once the baseline works. So I can add any suggestions to make the binary more inclusive.

It appears that if one has already installed dependencies to a higher version than the PPA is compiled to, then the dependency check fails, and jammy will not install the lower version. I don't know if there is an easy fix to that situation.

i followed these steps, and i got an error :

What should i do?

Did a little research online, most suggested rebooting the machine and try again. A description of the platform may help.
