Solver for deforming metals

Hallo all,
is there any intention to write a solver for plastic deformation of metals ?

Hi Alfred,
1. Currently there are solvers for linear and nonlinear elastic methods. So, currently there exist no solvers in Elmer software for plasticity methods.
2. The word "intention" will be either directed to the Elmer team or to everyone of us. Before that Peter might clarify you about what are the basic features of Elmer that need to be understood or updated with modified features in order to accomodate plasticity methods.
