Help with tetgen in Elmer

Hey All,
I am a bit of a programing newbie and I could really use some help. I have been trying to compile a copy of any of the ELMER solvers with the tetgen plugin but I have been having the hardest time. Is there anyone who could just send me a compiled file with the tetgen option included. Thanks so much!!!

I am running on 32bit windows Vista and have QT installed. Just need a little more step by step instructions than the wiki provides.

There are some instructions for tetgen compilation in

$ELMERSRC/trunk/misc/tetgen_plugin

Didn't test the though.
