tetgen plugin in pre-compiled version of Elmer

Hi!

I am suffering from multiple mesh problems. Is there a way to install tetgen into Elmer (so usable macros can appear in Elmer) when the pre-compiled version of Elmer has already been installed (e.g. just had a some file in the library). I actually installed tetgen as an independent program, and it appears to work fine, but I cannot upload the smesh in Elmer.
