ElmerGUI Output File Formats

The document of eum2008_PostprocessingUtiliting_raback.pdf illustrates that apart from saving the results in .ep format it is possble to use other postrprocessing tools and ResultOutputSolve offers several formats such as vtk.,vtu., Gid., Gmsh., Dx.. However, I do not konw how to save output files to those formats. I wish someone very kind enough to help me to solve these problems. Thank you very much!!
