Please confine title under these topics only for the purpose of standardisation

Books and thesis: A. BCDEF(first author only for book) et al/ A. BCDEF (for dissertation) ," Book or thesis/dissertation Title ", Book Publisher's Name or Degree Grantor University Name , City or Country, Year.
Book chapter or Magazines: A. BCDEF(first author only) et al of the Chapter ,"Chapter" in Title Book Series Title (eds. first editor et al) , Book Publisher's Name, City, Year.
