problem of maximum msh-file probably solved

hi elmer-team and all,
last week I had a problem with elmer, that I could only handle msh-files with size of about 60MB, otherwise elmer crashed.
now, I find the mistake. the point, elmer always crashed, was at copying the msh-file into the elmer project dir.
when you load the msh-file out of the later elmer poject dir and then save the elmer project after defining all the parameters of the elmer system (equation, material, body force, boundary condition), you can handle msh-files even with a size of about 130MB (!).
