GiD problem

Post by zerg »

With GiD, I can load the mesh with load project and load mesh. But no simulation seems to be functional. When I remesh, the mesh disapears. Here is the log. On Ubuntu with updated version elmer 6.1.0.svn.5396.dfsg-2ubuntu1 and GiD problem type available here: http://www.csc.fi/english/pages/elmer/interfaces.

Hi zerg

The possible way how Gid would work is that you save the mesh in Elmer format and use "Load mesh..." in ElmerGUI. Remeshing should not work, if it does something it certainly is unplanned. When you use "Load mesh..." what seems to be the problem?

I though I had to remesh.

Thanks,
