Extending holes.grd to 3D

Post by kamakura117 »

Hello,

I am trying to make a heat exchanger model using the ElmerGrid input, starting the with the holes.grd example, which I decided on to provide a simple means of design optimization. I am running into some problems with an extra surface on the outside boundary. Could anyone example why this is occuring?

Code: Select all

It is currently fairly low-resolution just to allow for quick re-meshing. I will likely be returning for some help with boundary layers and grading.

Many thanks!
