I am unable to define Load / Pressure at specific location in Axis (x,y,z) in Elmer .

Eg. Rectangle Bar 1 mtr. x 0.05 m x 0.1 mtr....Axis in order X,Y,Z is load on Y Axis from Middle i.e at 0.5mtr. length.

How to define the above in ElmerGUI..Equation. Equation Use..Linear Elasticity

Kindly reply & thanks in advance.

Hi,

I would advise to consult the documentation: Tutorials, Models Manual, Solver Manual.
In the Solver manual, you will find information on how to define a boundary condition as function of a variable, in your case the coordinates. Also a search on the forum often provides answers to frequently asked questions...

I got your concept. Actually if the assembly is complex and have to define load point by coordinates (x,y,z) axis,,,,then it will be much simpler.

Whether MATC can define such coordinates.
