Problem with isosurface in ElmerGUI postprocessor VTK

Post by Intern »

Hi all;

It's the first time that I have this problem in the postprocessor VTK. When I try to display the temperature isosurfaces, I obtain this :
isozoom.JPG
zoom in
(84.44 KiB) Not downloaded yet
When I zoom out, it looks like this :
isozoomout.JPG
when I zoom out
(67.41 KiB) Not downloaded yet
I don't understand what happen. When I use "surface" or "isocontours" it works without any problem. If someone has an idea of the origin of this problem, please let me know.

Thanks in advance

Hi Antoine

This VTK widget is just a simple tool. It may not have been rigorously tested for difficult aspect ratios. My suggestion is to save the results in binary VTU format using the ResultOutputSolver, and then use Paraview for the more advanced features.
