Questions about GradP and Div Discretization in NS Solver

Good afternoon to all Elmer users
I have a question for Elmer team or Elmer Users of Navier-Stokes solver.
There are two logical keywords in NS solver: GradP Discretization and Div Discretization...
After reading and reading again the manual, i don't understand what is exactly the aim of these logical keywords and when to use them (or what kind of particular problem?).
If someone can detail me a bit more these two logical conditions... and maybe give a short course on Navier-Stokes solver?
Cheers
Sebastien
