Postprocessor shows "Elmerpost input file does not exist."

Post by smartguy »

Hello, I new with Elmer.I installed all requirements and Elmer 6.0.

I used an example from "tests\diffuser_sa". I can run and complete Solver; however, I can't with Postprocessor.
Since I click on Postprocessor button (or Run>Start Postprocessor), Postprocessor shows "Elmerpost input file does not exist."

What wrong is it? or What should I do?

Thanks

If you use CLI to run the case then you cannot automatically open the case with the GUI. In fact with command line working ElmerGUI may opten be skipped and you can open the .ep files directly from ElmerPost: File -> Open (you should have a separate icon for ElmerPost). Note that ElmerGUI by default places the result file in the root directory while most of the tests have a separate mesh directory where also the results are written.
