I think but i am not sure, the inside of the plate is the empty, and i think this generate a warning in Elmer :Thickness not found

I cannot dig deeper into the problem, and I didn't use the solver you are using. But as far as I understand, you have to define a geometry in 2D, mesh it and specify the plate thickness using the corresponding keyword as written in the manual.

i have a big file ep do you know how can i see the simulation without a long time of loading.

Hi,
AFAIK the ep format stores all timesteps in one single file, so ElmerPost has to read it all at once. I don't think there is a way to accelerate that.
If you use vtu format (for ParaView), you get a separate file for every timestep, so that should load faster.
