Timestep Sizes = 1 ! The time step increment for each step
Steady State Max Iterations = 1
Output Intervals = 20 ! Make out every 20th step

or below woould be the same thing with a smaller increment

Simulation Type = Transient
Timestep Intervals = 1000 ! Total number of steps to be run (500s)
Timestep Sizes = 0.5 ! The time step increment for each step
Steady State Max Iterations = 1
Output Intervals = 40 ! Make out every 40th step (or every 20s)
