update shell solver sif still produces a deflection of 500

Realized I didn't have the updated shellsolver. Updated solver the deflection is at the correct value. 0.0132" same as beam solver.

I will clean up the study and post as an validation case study.

Thanks for testing,

As an update I mention that partially nonlinear analysis can now be done with "Large Deflection = True". At the moment the beam sections can nevertheless add only linearly behaving stiffness to the combined model, so the nonlinearity arises from the shell part.

Many thanks! This seems working well regarding the test case. i will try to compare a more complicated model with original file in bdf analysised with nastran. Will try to compare the differences and revert back.

Mika, if you don't mind, i have another question regarding shell/beam coupled solvers: does our beam solver support asymmetric beam properties?

As you may understand, beam with asymmetric properties is quite common.

Only the second moments of area ("Second Moment of Area 2" and "Second Moment of Area 3") may currently be asymmetric to produce asymmetric response with respect to bending.
