Energy Finite Element Method
For the mid to high frequency acoustic analysis, it seems there is a method named EFEA. Is that possible to include this method in Elmer for acoustic calculations? This can provide an alternative method for SEA used for large structures such as ships.

Could you ellaborate little on the underlaying equations, maybe some reference. EFEA says nothing to me, AFEA would be Acoustic Finite Element Method. Some of that Elmer can do. Generally limitations of FEM often come from large wavenumbers.
