Ferrite and coil losses (harmonic)

Hello
I want to compute the ferrite (Steinmetz formula) and coil losses and if possible use them for a following thermal simulation. I found the FourierLoss solver but I want the simulation to be steady state and not transient. Furthermore I want to calculate the ac-losses of the wire. The approximation to calculate the losses needs B²avg over the surface of the coil. Is there an easy way to calculate these values?
