I would clarify you more on what peter said.
Share your whole files compressed in zip or tar form (including mesh, text and sif files that is complete simulation files) to him so that he can debug and send you back the result.

So the folder "0" with all of files is here:

It's in polish, so You have to click the red button "Pobierz plik.rar".
