Eigenvalue analysis : mass participation of each frequency ?

Hi all,
I'm trying to implement a program in which I want to extract frequencies from an eigenvalue analysis.
This analysis works fine, but to enhance my program I need to know the amount of participation of each mode in the vibration process.
I didn't find any documentation about where to find those masses. The .dat and .ep files are unreadable to me, I only analyze the output of ElmerSolver to extract the frequencies.
Can anyone help me to find a solution to extract the mass of each frequency?
