For example, Ubuntu OS later than 14.04 prefers 64 bits installation set up.

Yes, if I remember correctly there were some problems in obtaining all the libraries in 32 bits. We could probably come up with a working 32-bit version too but given the limited resources we thought that we would limit ourselves to 64 bits only. I'm sorry if this has caused some trouble. Unfortunately there are no plans to provide a 32-bit version.
