Hi All,

There is a new FEM CFD book by prof. Kuzmin and prof. Hämäläinen that utilizes Elmer in some examples, see

The coupling with Elmer is not that strong that it would be a programming guide but certainly is useful in understanding some of the underlying basic concepts.
