I had this issue on install, and figured it was not a problem. However, when I went to mesh a model, VC++2010 crashed and Elmer shut down.

Thanks Matthias - I made some changes to my CAD model and re-exported it as a STEP file. Elmer loaded it and tried to mesh it, but Visual C++ Runtime crashed.
