To make the results more complete, I need to add another program with a solver that supports 3D magnetostatics, the magneticFoam solver in OpenFOAM. It has the least documentation of all, leaving potential users to read the source code for hints.

Peter, Thanks for the direction to a much later source. This should be all I need to get the latest version running.
